Toddler Hair Clips

Recently I made these felt bow clips for my 2 yr. old. They are just alligator clips with the bows glued on. Simple as can be.

I also made a satin bow clip with some leftover ribbon I had.

Peacock Bathroom

I love this inspiration board for a peacock themed bathroom by The Rooster and the Hen. Such a lovely color, that peacock blue. But look at this before and after of their light fixture, so clever!

Custom Nailpolish

I tried a little experiment this week, and it worked! I had some old crumbled shimmer eyeshadow (Mac "Say Yeah") and I mixed it with a little clear nailpolish. It worked great! I put on a clear topcoat and it was as good as anything. Maybe not my favorite color for nails, but I look forward to trying some other colors too since I never use up my eyeshadow anyway (and it doesn't take much). Give it a try!
